Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Order cancellation

The camera took about 13 days to get to London, over the Easter period. The camera was securely in a cardboard box and the box covered in bubble wrap to prevent any damage in transit. The set-up was quite straight forward. The Tuya app just needed the Wifi details and then I used the camera to scan the QR code shown in the app. Done! As to the actual camera, the tracking seemed to work quite well and the quality of the camera image per the photo was good. The camera has movement detection, which seems simplistic compared to some on the market nowadays. But in a pet free house and not pointing at a window should be fine The camera takes a micro SD card, but as mine was corrupted, I was not able to test using it yet.
